Under normal circumstances, the upline cannot be changed. However, there are a few exceptions to this rule. 
If there was an error in encoding your upline on our part or if there is sufficient evidence that you were "hijacked" 
despite specifying your sponsor during registration, a change may be considered. Additionally, if your top upline or recruiter
mistakenly placed you under an upline within the same family and it is later discovered that your position within the family is 
incorrect, a change may be allowed. It's important to note that such requests must be made within 1 month of registration to 
be considered.
