It is the responsibility of the upline to ensure that their downlines are properly registered under them.
If your downline was registered under another distributor, Edmark will not terminate that membership and transfer it to
your group. However, if there is sufficient evidence of malicious intent or misconduct by the upline, Edmark reserves the right
to terminate the membership of the accused upline. Please reach out to our support team for further assistance and guidance
